Anger. It runs through your veins, into your mind and heart and it explodes like nothing you have ever experienced before. It feels almost euphoric, a strange sense of complete enlightenment one which you had never faced until that very moment. Your eyes soak up your surroundings, and for a brief moment you pause, think, concentrate and then you ignite.

Some would suggest that anger is almost always served with suppression. What are you hiding? Perhaps not to others, but to yourself? What if this anger that feels so very good, like this is what everything that has ever happened is suppose to come to, didn’t surface at all? We provided our body, our soul, with prevention rather than cure.

Today my prevention was writing, it may have been explosion but I withheld as I know in minutes, perhaps days my anger will settle and I will continue on as…

      Thanks Sue! In my own personal experience, I feel as though only a fraction has been returned or paid forward to someone else, but I’m not motivated by reward, only by achieving my full potential. The response of others, particularly non-warriors, has no influence over my actions.
