When you are not spending time at your Soneva private residence, our Soneva Villa Rental Programme enables you to offset your residential expenses through rental income, generating a healthy annual cash yield. Gross income generated through the Rental Programme is shared with Soneva, after taxes. The net revenues are transferred directly to you, or can be kept in-resort as credit against your future spending when you stay at your private residence in the Maldives.
